1. What the platform is

Fixora is a technology intermediary connecting customers with independent service providers, stores and delivery partners. We are not a party to the service contract itself, we do not perform the technical work, and we do not employ the providers.

What we do: verify providers before approving them, route orders, document invoices, manage payments and commissions, and oversee disputes through dedicated supervisors.

In practical terms: the quality of the technical work is the provider's responsibility. Our role is to select carefully, document, and intervene when there is a dispute — not to personally guarantee the outcome of every job.

9. Content and conduct

When you post content (photos, messages, reviews) you confirm you have the right to post it, and you grant us a licence to display it within the platform for the purpose of operating the service.

Strictly prohibited:

Reporting: if you encounter content or behaviour that breaks these rules, report it from inside the app. We review reports and take appropriate action — from removing the content to permanently suspending the account.

10. Intellectual property

Everything in this platform is owned by or licensed to Khat Al Wosool Trading Company: the Fixora name, logo and marks; the icons, artwork, colours and design identity; the arrangement of the screens and the order of the steps; the text and descriptions; the software, databases and APIs; and the ideas and features the service is built on.

Using the platform grants you a limited licence — personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable — to use the app for the single purpose it exists for: requesting a service or providing one. No ownership passes to you with it.

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

What you post stays yours. This clause is about the platform's own property and does not touch your ownership of your content — that is governed by section 9, and what you grant us there is a licence to display it inside the platform, nothing more.

If you see content in the platform that you believe infringes a right of yours, tell us — we will review it and act, including removing it.

11. Limitation of liability

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account for:

You may close your account at any time from inside the app (Settings → Delete account in the customer app; My account → Delete account in the provider app). Termination does not discharge any financial obligation incurred beforehand.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute not resolved amicably within 30 days is referred to the competent judicial authority in the Kingdom.

We may amend these terms and will notify you in the app before any material change takes effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
